We have no UK case studies yet, so these are numbers from outside the UK. This chat runs on Big Chats, the same platform as the assistant in the package. On three Big Chats accounts outside the UK, the median first reply is 13 to 32 seconds, and 88 to 100% of first replies go out within 60 seconds.
On the same accounts, 41 to 65% of first messages arrive outside 09:00 to 19:00 or at weekends. Not every chat becomes a lead: a phone or WhatsApp number was saved in 8 to 27% of Instagram, Messenger and web chats.
The assistant answers the homeowner's question first, then asks for postcode, boiler type and age, property, timeline and a photo of the boiler, one at a time. That helps filter out tyre-kickers.
It offers survey times from the slots you give us. Each booking reaches you on WhatsApp with the details, for example: Thu 9:00, BL5, combi swap.
